Broad market resistance…

Some believe that "Tops are a process and Bottoms are events!"  Broad market indexes NYSE and Wilshire 5000 have both reached key resistance levels. How they react at these key points will tell us much if a "top is in the process" of forming!

    Is that a potential somwhat tilted Head and Shoulders pattern w’ere seeing in those indexes?
