I suspect the resistance and support that is in play is what is causing the market to "resemble a rocking chair!"  "Keeping investors busy, yet going nowhere!!!" 

Game Plan...We remain overweight in PFF, Utilities and High yields, picking up a decent dividend stream (6% -7%), while the bulls and bears fight it out!
