Copper suggesting rough “Financial Weather” could be ahead!

Is the quote "So Goes Copper, So Goes the Global Economy" an accurate quote?  Many believe it is.  Copper looks to have made two double highs over the past 18 months at (1) in the chart above.

The recent decline has Copper Futures testing key rising support line (2) right now.

Copper is a good "Financial Weather Vane" and a breakdown below line (2) would be suggesting rough financial weather could be ahead!
